2 Cylinder Compressors
T/CCI manufactures the CCI/Climate Control two-cylinder compressor product line, once produced by Borg-Warner. With higher capacity and durability, it is no surprise TCCI/ClimateControl has produced more heavy-duty compressors than any other manufacturer. T/CCI’s deep sump compressor is designed for long life. Large, front and rear bearings support a cast iron crank shaft. High load capacity connecting rods and internal cast iron cylinder liners provide durability. However, the key to the compressor’s long life is T/CCI’s unique three-phase lubrication system.
Durable two-cylinder design Two-cylinder reciprocating compressor features high load ball bearings and all cast iron wear surfaces.
Extra large oil sump Allows compressor to be self-lubricating regardless of amount of oil mixed with refrigerant.
Swedish steel reed valve assembly Provides quality finish for maximum performance. Maximized orifice porting reduces effects of liquid slugging.
High strength aluminum construction Aluminum alloy pistons and connecting rods permanently secured by steel wrist and dowel pins.
